One of the reasons that I pursued a career in real estate is that I have always loved looking at and thinking of the highest and best uses for ALL kinds of properties. Over several years of looking at available listings near and far, I felt like I came across a LOT of weird photo ordering, strange property remarks and overall generally poor real estate marketing; I thought I could do better a better job! I didn’t just jump into getting my real estate license though, I spent three years as a transaction coordinator, listings coordinator and ultimately a listings marketing manager for a very successful, high-volume, local real estate team and I confirmed my suspicions that I love marketing real estate listings!
